New Scatter: each line of a Text Library note lands at a random spot on the page; scatter again to reshuffle and adjust the whole set with Character and Style. Vertical text now uses vertical forms for hyphens, dashes, underscores and slashes. Easier drawing: drawing mode is now minimal, with only brush, color and size while you draw, and Done takes you back. A true-size circle shows while you adjust brush size. Hold at the end of a stroke to turn it into a line, circle, box and more; keep holding and drag to resize and rotate, or undo the shape with one tap. New Smoothing option in the brush panel. Fixed an undone stroke flashing briefly when starting the next one.

Fixes: exporting a video page as a movie left out the sticker edge and bevel; when exporting several video pages in a row, a page with nothing placed above its video could occasionally come out blank white; importing a large project could keep waiting after iCloud had finished downloading, until you cancelled and tried again; and a project with many images could become very slow after inserting another photo.

New Text Library: keep long pieces, short notes, or a single idea, with character and sentence counts and a grid that shows how many characters fit per row and how many rows there are. Placing a piece from Insert > Text Library sizes the body text box to that row length; you can also save or insert text while editing, and add text that is already on the page. With a Transfer Folder set, the library syncs between your devices. Text: new Case options (UPPERCASE, lowercase, Sentence case); a new text box can become a number tag such as (1), [1] or No.1, or a symbol, in one tap from Character, and number tags can be inserted while editing. Text boxes now fit the text, so a smaller size no longer leaves empty space; wide titles and body text boxes have handles on both sides; vertical text handles sit on the correct side, dragging the column width moves text to the next column instead of covering it, and vertical text columns can now be justified. Shapes and photos: dragging a corner snaps to guides even after rotation; shapes can be set to Circle and shrink to tiny squares like 8×8; shapes have handles on all four corners, and so do rotated photos; rotation snaps gently at ±90°, and not at all when Snap is set to None; selection handles are smaller with thinner outlines. Guides: layout templates (Squares, Margins, Columns, Modular grid, Baseline grid, Divide, and Golden ratio), created in one tap with adjustable values, and modular cells can lock to photo ratios; guides beyond the canvas are no longer drawn outside it. Fixes: the canvas jumping when pinching with the guides panel open; projects with empty text boxes failing to import or disappearing from the list; slow zooming in projects with video sticker edges; occasional stutter when scrolling My Projects.

Added 3D model presentation, fixed-circle masks, and image/video drag and drop. Improved mixed Chinese-English justification, drawing responsiveness, and large-project performance, with fixes for iCloud imports, locked-object selection, animation flicker, and stability.

Urgent fix: Resolves a crash that could occur when selecting text, images, shapes, or other objects on the canvas.

This update makes creating smoother and gives ALIGNED a more distinctive feel. New Assemble Video turns a multi-page project into a vertical video with entrances, camera moves, and an ending. Long-press tools now include cross-page copy, rotation, font changes, and multi-selection. Guide measurements can be toggled separately. Choose from Night, Day, Pine Smoke, and Oat & Clay themes, with refined icons, project cards, Pro support, and iPad export screens. Returning to Projects is smoother, and thumbnails appear sooner.

A batch of small fixes and two new tools. New: “Opacity” becomes “Adjust” — exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation and temperature sliders, applied before the filter. New: “Shadow” in Appearance — the shadow follows torn edges, sticker edges or the cut-out outline; works on video too. New: insert common symbols from the Text panel; guides show the distance to both edges. Fixed: on iPhone in portrait, the risograph panel covered the whole canvas — it now stays half-height and scrolls; panel sliders sit two per row. Fixed: “Distribute horizontally” on rotated text was uneven; the “Import font” button in Settings did nothing. Fixed: crop snapping uses a screen-constant radius; group scaling uses the rotated bounds; switching torn edges is faster. Font store shows “Update” when a font has a new revision. Multi-select: “Done” is the first toolbar slot.

Fixed: on iPhone in portrait, the torn-edge panel covered the whole canvas. The panel now stays half-height and scrolls, and the canvas lifts up so you can see the effect while adjusting.

Riso print: the photo is separated into three screened inks and reprinted — paper colour, ink colours and screen angles are all adjustable. Torn edges: four styles (riso rough, frayed, real tear, feather) and you choose which sides get torn. On a cut-out image, the tear applies to the sheet of paper behind the subject. The quick buttons above a selected object now adapt: a doodle gets a pencil to keep drawing, a cut-out image gets a button to save it to the sticker library. Fixed: some .otf files were rejected when importing custom fonts. Plus various stability and correctness fixes.

Fixed: the subject was stretched when filling a cut-out shape with a texture. Fixed: replacing a photo left the previous photo's cut-out mask behind.

Doodle (Beta): draw right on your layout — five brushes, grow & travel animations, press B to toggle. Cutout (New): lift the subject from a photo with one tap, invert it, refine edges by hand, or fill the shape with a texture. Sticker edge (New): add a white outline and a very light bevel around a cutout so it reads like a die-cut sticker. Width, colour and depth are adjustable. Font Store: 47 open-licensed fonts installed with one tap; projects with missing fonts repair themselves on open. Export: pages that mix video and animations now export to MP4. Performance: cutout-heavy projects scroll more smoothly, and opening and leaving a project is faster.
