Notifications are now live in Alta Guide. You can now receive mountain, weather, and road status updates and quickly manage alert preferences from the new Notifications item in the main menu. This makes it much easier to control what you’re alerted about and when, without digging through settings.
We also delivered a major map UX upgrade. Map controls are now organized in a cleaner Map Tools panel with better access to 3D/Flat mode, pitch, base map selection, layer visibility, and pin actions. The updated layout reduces clutter while keeping high-use options close at hand.
Finally, we polished navigation and readability across the app. Key screens were refreshed, duplicated menu clutter was reduced, and overall flow is more consistent from screen to screen. This release is focused on speed, clarity, and better on-mountain decision support.
