Stop re-typing your field notes at midnight.
AppraiserComp is the field notebook built around exactly what a residential appraiser does at a comp: stand in front of it, log the address, sale price, GLA, lot size, and Fannie Mae condition/quality rating, snap the front elevation, and move on.
Built for the adjustment grid, not a generic form.
Condition (C1–C6) and quality (Q1–Q6) ratings with built-in definitions. A live adjustment-percentage readout as you type. Distance and recency flags that catch a weak comp before you drive away.
Capture up to 1 order and 3 comps per order free, with map view, live adjustment math, and photo capture — no account required.
Upgrade to AppraiserComp Pro (auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription) for unlimited orders and comps, a CSV and MISMO XML export package that drops into ClickForms, TOTAL, or your desktop report writer, an unwatermarked branded PDF field sheet, on-device AI comp narrative drafting, MLS-sheet OCR import, hands-free voice field notes, and a business mileage log.
Every photo, address, and comp stays private to your device — all AI narrative drafting and OCR text recognition run entirely on-device, never uploaded to a server.
Subscription pricing and terms: AppraiserComp Pro renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
