There's a new eraser tool tucked into the bottom toolbar. Tap it to start erasing, and long-press it to set your eraser size with a live preview. Whatever you erase is honored everywhere, including when you export as an image or a Living Canvas video, and it cleanly reveals whatever background or reaction art is underneath instead of leaving a blank patch. Speaking of exports, you can now save your artwork as a transparent PNG. Just flip the Transparent toggle in the Export sheet and your strokes float on their own, ready to drop into other applications without dragging along a black rectangle. The Reaction style got a major glow-up. Six named patterns (Mitosis, Coral, Spots, Worms, Fingerprints, and U-Skate) are now selectable from its long-press card, each producing wildly different diffusion art from the same canvas. Reaction now spreads across the whole canvas instead of small isolated bubbles, so you can paint continuous flowing patterns. Your selected preset sticks around between sessions, and your reaction art stays visible while you switch to other styles to layer brushwork on top. A few quality of life touches: app sounds can now be turned off in the Advanced panel for quiet drawing, undo goes back up to 30 strokes (15 on older devices), and the floating menu button stays visible whenever you are not actively drawing so you never have to swipe it back. Plus the usual round of layout polish and export fixes.

Your Daily Canvas now draws from a far richer library of compositions. New archetypes like snowflakes, sunbursts, galaxy spirals, sand mandalas, and compass roses pair with freshly chosen palettes and finishing aesthetics, so each morning's piece feels genuinely new.

Aura Canvas now listens. - Audio-Reactive Canvas - Your art breathes with sound. Particle bursts ignite on every beat, sustained tendrils trace the music's flow, and voice ripples turn whispers and hums into expanding waves of color. - Animated Backgrounds - Six new living canvases: Stars, Aurora, Mist, Pulse, Navy Drift, and Dusk Embers. Pick one, customize the drift speed and density, and your art floats inside a world that moves. - Curated Palette Presets - A refreshed palette library with new hand-tuned color stories. - Plus polish across Living Canvas exports, dreaming-mode rendering, and tiled export quality.

Three New Styles Spirograph draws intricate mathematical curves that bloom into complex star patterns. Ribbon creates flowing calligraphic strands that twist through 3D space. Constellation connects star nodes with luminous threads — the only style with visible edges between points. Spirograph is free; Ribbon and Constellation are premium. Evolve — Reimagined for Symmetry Evolve now understands your symmetry canvas. Instead of overwriting your art, it grows it — adding ornamental strokes that fold through your existing pattern. Watch petals, tendrils, and filigree extend outward across 5 generations, with escalating contrast and texture variety. Works whether symmetry is your primary style or blended. Smarter Canvas Growth Evolve uses density intelligence to find gaps and edges in your art. Strokes target empty spaces and extend from boundaries. If your center is empty, Evolve seeds it first and grows outward. Richer Evolve for All Styles Non-symmetry Evolve now rotates brush textures per cycle, builds hue variation over time, escalates contrast blending across generations, and shapes strokes into ornamental forms — petals, thorns, vines, and filigree instead of random walks. Style Families The style picker is now organized into four groups — Organic, Symmetry, Geometric, and Advanced — with visual labels and dividers. Brush Texture Previews New texture options — Splatter, Stipple, and Charcoal — join the default brush, each with visual preview swatches so you can see the texture before selecting it. Spirograph is Free Create intricate mathematical patterns without a subscription. Four styles are now free: Flow, Particle, Radial, and Spirograph. Multi-Sensory Evolve Evolve strokes now have gesture-matched audio, haptic feedback, canvas ripple effects, and bloom flashes that build to a dramatic finale.
