AxioFlow is a simple, private personal finance tracker designed to help you take control of your money. Track income and expenses, manage multiple accounts, set budgets, schedule recurring payments, and monitor installments, all from one clean, intuitive interface.
YOUR MONEY, YOUR DEVICE
All your financial data stays on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers. If you choose to enable iCloud Sync or Backup, your data is stored in your own iCloud account, never shared with anyone.
DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE
See your monthly income, expenses, and net balance on a single card. The Due Today panel highlights bills and scheduled payments that need attention. View expense and income breakdowns with pie charts, and track your spending trends over time with the income vs. expense chart.
TRANSACTION TRACKING
Log income, expenses, and transfers with a built-in calculator. Browse by month in list view or tap through dates in calendar view. Filter by account and see running balances to know exactly where your money stands. Swipe to delete, tap to edit, fast and straightforward.
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Manage up to 6 account types: Cash, Debit, Credit, eWallet, Loan, and Savings. See which accounts are included in your total balance, track credit card debt separately, and transfer between accounts with ease.
SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS
Set up recurring payments, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or end of month. Post them in full or partial amounts when they come due. Edit a single occurrence or all future ones. Completed and expired items are automatically archived.
INSTALLMENT TRACKING
Track payment plans like phone installments or loans. See how many periods you've paid and how many remain. Each installment automatically creates a scheduled transaction so you never miss a payment.
BUDGETS
Set monthly spending limits for your expense categories. Progress bars show green when you're under budget and red when you've gone over, so you always know where you stand.
NET WORTH
Track your total financial picture. Assets (positive balances from non-credit accounts) minus liabilities (credit card debt and remaining installments) gives you a clear net worth figure on your dashboard.
SPENDING INSIGHTS
See your savings rate, month-over-month spending change, average daily spend, biggest expense, and top 3 expense categories, all updated in real time.
BILL REMINDERS
Get push notifications when scheduled payments are due. Set your preferred reminder time and never miss a bill again.
CATEGORIES
Comes with default expense and income categories. Pro users can add custom categories, rename existing ones, and delete the ones they don't need.
iCLOUD SYNC & BACKUP
Enable iCloud Sync to keep your data updated across devices automatically. Use iCloud Backup to create timestamped snapshots, restore from any previous backup at any time. Auto Backup runs daily when enabled.
EXPORT
Download your transactions as a CSV spreadsheet or a printable PDF report. Select a date range and get a clean summary of income, expenses, and net totals.

Choose between Dark, Light, and System themes to match your preference.
