See how many repetitions you were able to do with the weight you used in each of the 6 exercises, then enter the result in the APP - Choose how many times you want to train per week and for how long each time - Complete the 8-week Training Cycle that we will propose to you - Carry out a new Strength Assessment Session, allowing yourself to be surprised by the progress achieved in each of the 6 exercises - Enter the results obtained in the Assessment Session (number of repetitions achieved with the weight you used) in the APP - Start a new 8-week cycle, choosing how many times you want to train per week and for how long each time. Note on Apple Health: The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity (distance, steps, active energy, and flights) to help you better achieve your goals. The app also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if using an Apple Watch.
