New Features and Enhancements: · Added version and logging options to the Settings -> App-> RepConsole menu. This will allow logging to be enabled before actual authentication into the app. Issues Resolved: · Fixed an issue with scaling in RDP sessions. · Fixed an issue with the “Personal” group not being located towards the top of the Jump Group screen. · Fixed an issue with the Play button being displayed on the Chat screen on some devices.

New Features - Locate Remote Mouse Cursor - Representatives can now use a single finger touch and hold to locate the mouse cursor on the end system. Enhancements - The three finger tap action was extended to also close the keyboard. - The keyboard that appears after a three finger tap action now includes extra keys not normally built-in on the standard keyboard layout. These include tab, control, alt/option, command, and arrow keys - The iPad representative console now honors alternate port numbers at the end of the site address URL to accommodate for Bomgar sites built to use a non-standard port. (e.g. support.example.com:8080) - Additional enhancements were made to better handle network interruptions between the iPad representative and the appliance. Issues Resolved - Resolved an issue where the mouse cursor could be lost when switching between remote monitors. - Resolved an issue where the session key dialog box didn’t close properly. - Resolved an issue where the site URL address was incorrect and the indicator failed to turned red to notify the rep.
