If you want to lose weight or are trying to build muscle then you need an accurate and simple way to track body fat percentage and other important metrics. With this app you simply need to measure your waist and weigh yourself - that’s it! No messing around with callipers and such. With these measurements each day you can track your progress over time using the charts and waist and weight goals you set yourself.

Gives an overall body category based on body fat percentage and WHR. BMI is also shown for comparison.

- move back and forth by date and add or modify entries quickly using the arrow buttons
- Automatically updates results as you type! No need to press a 'calculate' button every time to see your results like with other body fat calculator apps
- entry view where you can view a list of all entries made that month
- choose your measurement system between kilograms, pounds or stones and pounds
- summary popup box shows important metrics and overall progress at a glance
- charts can be viewed in full screen mode to get a good view of progress over a longer time period
