Shadow is the boxing round timer built for one truth: once your wraps are on, your phone is off-limits.

Turn on coach mode and a voice calls out real combos during your rounds — "one, two, slip, two", "jab, cross, switch kick". Boxing and Muay Thai, three difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, pro), with callouts researched from real coaching practice. Combos are random every round, so no two sessions are ever the same. Pick any voice installed on your iPhone.
HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL
Say "pause", "go" or "skip" and the timer obeys. Speech recognition listens for the whole workout — no buttons to press, no gloves to take off.
THE BELL NEVER STOPS
Lock your screen, drop your phone in your bag, walk to the other side of the gym: rounds keep turning and the bell keeps ringing. No more silent timers.
