Minor bug fix.

Miscellaneous updates for recent versions of iOS.

Fixes some memory reference cycles, which should reduce overall memory use and possibly resolve some infrequent UI issues.

This updates fixes a few bugs: - Adding a custom yeast to your recipe didn't honor the number of cells and always used 100B. - Sometimes mash ingredients sort weirdly (move the ingredient to another step and back to the mash to fix it up for existing recipes). - The estimated OG and total water needed for a recipe did not account for fermenter losses.

Another fix for an issue that could lead to a crash while editing a recipe. I don't want to nag you in the app (you have beer to brew!), so if you like Brewtist, please consider rating it and writing a review.

This is mostly a bug fix release: ◆ Fixes a rounding issue in the style meters. An SRM of 2.6 rounds to 3, so it looks barely within style for a Kölsch, but under the hood 2.6 is less than 3, so it used a color that didn't match up with the number. ◆ Brew day timers wouldn't appear to resume after completing some mid-boil additions and returning to the steps later. ◆ The mash adjustment tool didn't calculate the right amount of ice to add if you overshot your temperature target. The fix for this should also make the infusion calculations more accurate. I couldn't help but add a couple of small new features, though: ◆ The Settings tab will get a badge if there are updates available for a previously downloaded data pack. ◆ You can "undownload" a data pack by swiping left if you no longer want the equipment/hops/ingredients. ◆ There is a new preference to disable iOS's automatic screen dim/lock when you're looking at the brew day steps. Fixes a problem when searching for "marzen" failed to match "Märzen" in the list. That's a style example, but the same problem existed for ingredients, hops, and yeast. Fixes a problem where changes to the stock equipment profiles, mash schedules and fermentation schedules could be overwritten the next time the app launches.

Fixed the keyboard type for non-numeric fields when adding a custom ingredient, hop or yeast. When adding a custom ingredient or hop, percent fields, such as alpha acid %, adjust in 0.1% increments when using the adjustment arrows.
