CarSpace turns your phone into an effective tool to improve your mobility.
CareSpace utilizes your phone’s camera, with our clinically calibrated AI technology to recognize and score your mobility as a new and missing health vital. In minutes the CareSpace self-service scanning process guides you through a specific variety of range of motion positions to capture measurements. The information will be utilized to provide you with health and wellness related program recommendations.
Once you enroll in a CareSpace program, you will be guided through a series of personalized stretches and exercises to help you achieve optimum health.
Before installing the CareSpace app, you should receive a code from your Physical therapist that will connect you directly to them for virtual support and oversight.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
CareSpace offers four auto-renewing subscription options:
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
