CDC Connects allows parents to view and engage with their child’s Individual Learning Pathway (ILP) goals generated from assessment by the Child Development Centre (CDC). This App provides the following features and purposes: - View child's assessed goals with video tutorial - Book Parent Review meetings - Receive CDC announcements - Download child's assessment reports. - Keep track of their child’s overall developmental progress. - Increase parents’ engagement with their child’s ILP goals at home. - Enroll withdrawal form and upload files.
