Cellarz is a personal wine maturity planner for collectors who want to drink their bottles at their best moment - not too young, not past their peak. Every bottle you log gets a precise drink window: when it enters its prime, when it's at peak, and when it starts declining. The on-device Maturity Engine reads the wine's archetype, vintage quality, your storage conditions, and your tasting history to produce a confidence-rated estimate. Your bottles, tasting notes, label photos, and taste profile live on your iPhone. There's no backend reading your cellar, no analytics tied to your name, no third-party sharing of cellar data. Crash diagnostics are opt-out in Settings and never include your email, name, or wine list. Built-in GDPR controls: export your full cellar — including label photos — as a portable JSON archive at any time, and one tap permanently wipes every byte from your device. PLANS • Reserve (free) — up to 20 bottles, one storage location, the full Maturity Engine • Grand Reserve — unlimited bottles, unlimited locations, monthly Reports, archived back-issues, PDF export of your cellar inventory and per-bottle tasting cards Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Pricing and renewal terms are displayed in the in-app paywall before purchase.
