We take the uncertainty away from availability of project funds, and manage paperwork needs - so that you can focus on what you do the best - building quality construction profitably. Initiating payment to your sub takes literally less than a minute. Just select the project, enter payment details and press "Submit". You are done. The app will notify you the status of your request as inspection is completed, lender approval is obtained and funds are disbursed to your sub. Electronic vouchers remove the need to run to your office and print/scan paperwork. We work with your lender to obtain and disburse payments to your subcontractor and manage all communications / paperwork / inspections required by your lender. All payment history is always at your fingertips so that you don't have to go digging whenever there is a question. Funds are always kept in escrow, so that both you and your subs have peace of mind regarding availability of funds.
