We’re excited to introduce our new Autocharge feature, which lets you start charging simply by plugging in the cable—no need to use an RFID tag or the app. The first time you activate Autocharge, you’ll need to start charging via the app. After that, charging will start automatically. Please note that some station and car models may not yet support Autocharge. Enjoy a faster, more seamless charging experience with our latest update!

With these changes it is now possible for the drivers to find help directly from Station view which directs them to our FAQs. Help section is also conveniently available in Profile view as before. In this release, we are introducing functionalities for company car users. Company car drivers can easily add details for home charging reimbursements - ask your fleet provider if you are eligible. We have also added some notifications to our app providing additional information about one-time payment authorization hold as well as the need to update your card details.
