Unleash your strategic moves and protect your king at all costs! With ChessMate*, develop your logic, tactics and visual memory. This game is free and is an excellent board game for all ages.
ChessMate* is a classic two-player strategy game played on a checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an 8x8 grid. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate the opponent's king by placing it under an inescapable position.
ChessMate* can be played with another human player or AI-based computer mode. The user interface is minimalistic, with 3D and 2D game views for all modes.
ChessMate* features:
Player vs Player mode (Timer Mode)
Player vs AI mode (Easy, Medium and Hard levels)
Create your own board mode (Create manually or create with FEN string)
