With Chronofit, you can create custom workouts, track your progress, and reach your goals more easily. The app lets you build tailored sessions (HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, CrossFit, Fortime, AMRAP, circuit training, supersets, dropsets, intervals, fartlek, and more) to suit your needs. Upload your own videos, organize training cycles, and fine-tune intensity using metrics like RPE, RIR, heart rate (FCM), % of 1RM, or VMA. Chronofit also includes built-in nutrition tools for a more complete approach. The app is also designed for remote coaching, with features to manage sharing, tracking, and communication between coaches and clients.
