Codexex is a native macOS menu bar utility for tracking Codex usage at a glance. It shows 5-hour and weekly usage, reset timing, Peaks/Cycle/Month history views, a weekly pace marker, local Codex session burn, and forecast details so you can see whether you are on track or likely to go over the plan. Version 4 refreshes the menu bar popup and Settings with cleaner spacing, a single accent-led settings style, improved light/dark presentation, and current usage-first labels. Codexex supports ChatGPT sign-in, Preview Mode for App Review and offline testing, and a compact helper/XPC release flow that keeps the app fast and self-contained. Local session analytics read official Codex session logs on device and do not use browser cookies or scraping.
