We've introduced eToken, a new way to access secure features in CommBiz.

The NetCode feature introduced in this release replaces the "Security Questions" step in CommBiz mobile app registration process. NetCode introduces 2-factor authentication of CommBiz users before they could start using the CommBiz app. This means, any CommBiz user, who wishes to use CommBiz mobile app for business, will be asked to enter a 6-digit NetCode that they receive on their registered mobile number, during app registration process. If the user has not registered their mobile number with CommBiz, they will be asked to contact their ‘Admin’ or ‘Bank helpdesk’ to register their mobile numbers, before using the CommBiz app.

Minor bug and user experience fixes

Minor enhancements Push Notifications are now available – which enables alerts to be sent such as a certain transaction is awaiting authorization, or a cut off time is approaching for a certain payment type such as a debit / credit transaction or foreign exchange. The CommBiz user can opt in and customize which messages they receive.
