The COR-XT® Functional Trainer is a multi-use functional device that is designed to increase the engagement of one’s proprioceptors during a movement and help improve one’s kinesthetic awareness. Its functionality is immense, and is unprecedented with the variety it offers for strengthening, core stabilization, balance, and proprioception.
The unique design of the COR-XT® Functional Trainer enables the user to operate using multi-plane resistance (MPR) to help engage multiple secondary muscles uniquely throughout movement, while the primary muscle group fires to accomplish the movement. Resistance is attached on the COR-XT® Functional Trainer Foundation away from the human point of contact. This creates a feeling of instability, which in turn causes the body to react to the instability, thereby increasing the recruitment of secondary muscles to activate.
Why use a COR-XT® Functional Trainer? The COR-XT® Functional Trainer can be used safely regardless of fitness level. The resistance bands included in the system allow for complete workout customization. The versatility of the Foundation, Balpro Board, and Activation Roller provide all the tools necessary for basic exercises, with space to create your own movements as well. Using the COR-XT® Functional Trainer as an integral part of your regular exercise routine will help you work on strength and range of motion. The COR-XT® Functional Trainer Foundation, paired with the COR-XT® Functional Trainer Platform and/or resistance bands, allow you to complete unique rotational motions that standard exercise devices cannot provide. The rounded shape of the COR-XT® Functional Trainer Platform allows for natural body movements that provide better safety and facilitate proper training in any fitness setting.
App uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
