- Express Booking: Create patient bookings in seconds. Select a location, choose multiple services (or add custom services with fees), assign a provider, and pick the perfect time slot.
- Interactive Calendar View: Switch from the dashboard to a detailed calendar view to see appointments by time. Each entry shows patient name, service, provider, and duration.
- Comprehensive Booking Management: Search and filter by patient name, phone, or provider. Confirm new bookings or update statuses directly from the list.
- Advanced Patient Records: Access complete patient profiles including upcoming and past appointments, service details, and provider assignments.
- Multi-Location Support: Manage bookings across all your clinic locations with instant data syncing to your DigiMedSpa web portal.
- Check-In Management: View detailed check-in information for each appointment including patient name, provider, service, location, and check-in time.
How It Works:
1. Log in with your clinic credentials and select your profile
2. View your EMR Board dashboard for today's booking overview
3. Switch to calendar view to see your daily schedule
4. Create new bookings using Express Booking
5. Manage and confirm bookings from the All Bookings screen
6. Check in patients when they arrive
7. All data syncs instantly with your web portal
Note: This app is intended for registered clinics, providers, and staff who already have a DigiMedSpa platform account.
