• Read through 4 reality checks tailored to your situation
• Choose: WAIT or Act Anyway
• Track your decisions over time
THIS APP DOES NOT:
• Tell you everything will be okay
• Help you "process your feelings"
• Offer comfort or validation
• Block anyone or read your messages
THIS APP DOES:
• Show you consequences before you act
• Track days since breakup
• Count your WAIT streak
• Give different advice based on your goal
3 GOALS TO CHOOSE FROM:
• Reconnect – You want them back (strategic silence)
• Protect Self – You're done (maintain distance)
• Unsure – Still figuring it out
CONTEXT-AWARE MESSAGES:
The app considers 11 factors including:
• Days since breakup
• Time of day (late night = higher risk)
• Your recent decision pattern
• Whether they contacted you first
• Days since your last contact
• Special dates (Valentine's, Christmas, etc.)
WHY THIS EXISTS:
Because "just don't text them" doesn't work at 2am when you're emotional. You need friction. You need a pause. You need to see what you're about to lose.
