DTC-TOOL turns your iPhone into a pocket scanner for heavy-duty trucks. Designed for owner-operators, truck drivers and small fleets needing roadside self-checks and workshop-grade fault reading — no bulky bench scanner required. • Read DTCs – active/historical fault codes with plain-language fixes (Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, Mack, Freightliner, Isuzu, HINO & more, auto-detects J1939/J1708 protocols) • Clear DTCs – clear stale fault codes after a repair and get back on the road • Live PID stream – voltage, oil pressure, coolant temp, RPM, load, DPF soot load in real time • DPF care – parked regeneration & soot load reset guidance (ECU-permitted only) • VIN reading & ECU parameter viewing – read-only by default; write operations are only permitted when allowed by the vehicle ECU • Offline session logs – past scans saved locally to track vehicle trends between service visits How it works: Plug a Bluetooth OBD adapter into your truck, launch the app, and it auto-pairs. No manual protocol configuration required. No OBD adapter on hand? Tap the Help Center tab → Demo mode to instantly load a sample J1939 truck: active/historical DTCs, live PID chart, DPF soot status, and clear-DTC flow. No Bluetooth dongle or vehicle required. Note: DTC-TOOL is a diagnostic viewer/guide tool. It does not stream cloud telematics and cannot replace OEM software. Support: [http://www.dtc-tool.com]
