Calibration-Free Path Tracking: With this update, we’ve moved DollyPLUS’s positioning and motion algorithm to an entirely new structure. Now, DollyPLUS will deliver much better results in path tracking without the need for calibration. This development also serves as a foundation for upcoming improvements. Soon, it will be possible to program chain motion movements and set positions not through the app, but by directly moving it with your hand for programming.

• REC Mode Bug Fix: A bug that caused all devices to fail operating in REC Mode when Stable Start was enabled has been fixed. • KRONE S Bundle – Tripod Position Switching: The KRONE S Bundle can now shift between three different tripod positions without requiring a reset or recalibration. Simply use the “Reposition” button located in the bottom-left corner to update the setup. • Dual HeadONE – Point Tracking for Turntable Setups: Dual HeadONE setups can now use the tilt head for point tracking while the pan head functions as the body device (ideal for turntable operations). When activating Point Mode, the system will prompt you to select the setup type. If Turntable Setup is selected, the tilt head will continue operating in Point Mode as a standalone head device. • KRONE S REC Mode Synchronization Fix: A bug that prevented body devices from synchronizing correctly in KRONE S REC Mode has been resolved. • Double Tap Motion Fix: Previously, Double Tap high-speed motion would drop if the button-specific speed setting was lowered. This issue is now fixed.

Support for wired pairing has been added for all PLUS devices. Wired pairing provides a solid and reliable safeguard against potential communication interruptions that may occur between devices in environments with high signal noise. It ensures more dependable operation in situations where errors are unacceptable. When you connect the Link ports on PLUS products using an edelkrone Link Cable, communication will be established automatically. The Link Cable will be included with HeadPLUS v3 starting in July. It can also be purchased separately on our website under the name “edelkrone Link Cable.”

The Bluetooth connectivity issue with TripodX has been fixed. Turntable target transitions have been improved. Speed has been increased in setups where PanPRO is the master.

• HyperAxial Pairing Feature Added: You can now pair HeadPLUS v3 with DollyPLUS and JibONE/JibPLUS simultaneously, enabling a 6+1-axis motion control solution. • Improved Speed for JibONE v3 and JibPLUS: Performance and speed have been enhanced for smoother operation. • Faster DollyPLUS Path Optimizer: Path optimization speed has been significantly increased.

The bugs introduced with the previous update, which caused abrupt target changes during Point Tracking on the Turntable and affected the smoothness of HeadONE’s movement, have been fixed.
