ElderKey Mobile provides on-the-go access, unlocking information stored in ElderKey.com. ElderKey puts everything together for the family and friends (Champions) of aging loved ones to; Coordinate with caregivers, control the day-to-day chaos, prepare for the future, and improve the Elder’s Quality of Life. We call this all these activities the “Elder Journey”. Activities, Instructions, Documents, Contacts, the Medication List, and the Elder’s Medical History information can all be directly retrieved through ElderKey Mobile. The Activity Checklist is where Champions and Caregivers keep track of the progress of each activity. Caregivers can mark all the activities of the day “Done” or note those that were not completed. Champions can work through those activities that are still outstanding and can see how the Caregivers are doing. Sensitive activities can be hidden from Caregivers. Examples of Activities include such things as the taking of medications, going to appointments, performing daily social and household routines, pet care, getting paperwork in order, paying bills, and much more. From the Notifications feature, users receive and acknowledge notifications sent for ElderKey.com care plan updates (Activity, Instruction, and Medication changes), Activities not performed on time, and “Direct Alerts” notification sent by other Champions or Caregivers.
