Through the app, employees can quickly and easily manage their timesheets, holidays, sick leave, shift rostering, training, and development from anywhere in the world – they can even clock in on-the-go via geofencing technology to confirm they are close to work.
The app also offers continuous access to employee benefits, including their Total Rewards Statement in real time. While employees can instantly review their entitlement and have more flexibility to choose the right benefits via the employee benefits simulator, the HR team maintains visibility into which benefit packages are the most popular and which are seeing limited uptake.
