eXchequer365 provides you with secure access to your Exchequer accounting data via your iPhone or iPod Touch.
Access to your business information has never been more important. Need to check a customer’s balance, check stock, authorise an order or simply email a copy invoice; eXchequer365 is the answer for your business.
With a simple consistent interface across multiple devices, eXchequer365 allows you to login and see your business data, whenever and wherever you need it. Data wise, we allow you access to account details, ledger details (invoices, payments, orders) as well as allowing drill-down to actual source documents (PDF format).
Find yourself on site with a customer and have an account query; no problem simply bring up their account information and view/e-mail a statement or copy invoice; right from your device. With support for full wild-card searching throughout, you will be able to locate and solve your query in a matter of seconds.
The “My Reports” section will allow you to see your own personal list of reports. This list will contain Exchequer Sentimail, manual and statically generated reports and documents; all up to date. Reports are downloaded on request and typically consist of sales reports and Excel management packs for example, but can also include other documents such as HR or procedure guides if required.
A demonstration mode is built in to the app for evaluation - simply ensure the 'Demo Mode' switch is set to 'ON' in the Settings screen. For live use you will require an installed Exchequer solution, with the eXchequer365 module enabled.
