Chef Buddy is here — your AI cooking assistant that answers questions, suggests substitutions, and walks you through recipes step by step. Siri Integration: Log meals, check your macros, and hear today's plan using just your voice. Say "Hey Siri, log my breakfast" and you're done. Calendar Export: Sync your meal plan to your calendar so prep days, grocery runs, and planned meals show up in your schedule automatically. Plus continued improvements to streaks, HealthKit sync, and weekly recaps.

Streaks are here — track your daily logging streak and longest run with a flame badge on Home. Every Sunday, get a recap of your week: protein hit-rate, top meal, and a daily-calorie chart. Apple Health now syncs both ways — FedWell reads your calories burned and steps, and writes your macros back to Health. Today's planned meals surface on Home with one-tap Log buttons. Your shopping list now exports to Apple Reminders or AnyList in one tap.
