What’s New in Version 1.1 FitFlow is expanding beyond cardio. This update introduces new features and refinements to give you more control over your workouts. Strength Training Mode (Beta) FitFlow now supports strength-based workouts. You can create exercises with the number of sets and define rest time between each one of them. Once you start your workout, simply tap after each set to move forward. Siri voice guidance will notify you when it’s time for the next set, keeping your focus on the workout, not the screen. Improved Keyboard and Scheduling Controls We’ve added a “Done” button to the keyboard when setting custom times or scheduling workouts, making it easier to dismiss the keyboard and move on without hassle. Better UI for Cardio Exercise Setup The exercise creation screen has been refined. Selecting a rest period no longer interferes with naming your exercise or switching between fields, offering a smoother experience.
