Monthly Health, Fitness and Physiotherapy Packages: Bronze – Has your rehabilitation progress stalled? or worse, do you feel like your injury progression is going backwards? This package will give you the direction you need to get your rehab on the right track. In this package, you will meet with your therapist once a month via video call, and your therapist will amend and progress your programme every two weeks. Silver – Want to fast-track your rehab progression? Within the silver package, you will meet with your therapist every two weeks to discuss your progress and how your rehab is progressing. This allows your rehab to be more detailed and progress quicker due to your therapist being able to make week-to-week programming changes as you access them throughout the week via our in-app messaging function. Gold – Do you want to feel like a professional athlete? Do you want the feeling of being guided every step of the way through your rehabilitation programme? In this package, you will meet with your therapist every week. You will have in-depth conversations about your programme, expecting daily tweaks and changes where needed based on your progress.
