Your flow is destroyed. The Flowmodoro answer: work until you decide to stop. Your break is calculated from your focus time. TWO WAYS TO FOCUS - Flowmodoro (Flowtime): the timer counts up. Stop when you're done and your break is earned from your focus time. DEEP FOCUS: BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS Choose the apps that pull you away and they won't open while the timer is running. Strict Mode removes the escape hatch, and a daily override limit keeps you honest when it doesn't. WHITE NOISE Nine ambient sounds — brown, pink, white, rain, ocean, underwater, wind, stream and fire — with volume control. It also keeps focus and break switching automatically while your phone is locked. • Break and focus end alerts now reliably ring and vibrate, even with the screen off and the phone left on your desk. • Timer alerts got their own notification settings, so you can tune their sound and vibration separately. • Dark mode is now free for everyone. • Faster app start — no more waiting on the splash screen. • Deep Focus: fixed a bug that left the blocked-app list unreachable, and Strict Mode is now a single switch with its own allow list. • Fixed a black screen when picking the reminder time. • Notifications are opt-in only — no permission popup on launch.
