The FODMAP Friendly App aims to assist by providing information that can be used in the management of gastrointestinal symptoms associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and IBS-type symptoms. 1 in 7 people suffer with IBS, with 75% of those experiencing symptom relief following a low FODMAP diet.
FODMAP Friendly is a certification body and organisation specialising in IBS and the Low FODMAP Diet. The FODMAP Friendly Certification Trademark is a globally registered Certification Trademark.
The FODMAP Friendly App is unique in assisting both consumers who suffer with IBS and healthcare professionals by providing:

- An extensive Food List of hundreds of laboratory-tested foods with an overall PASS/FAIL rating according to the FODMAP Friendly threshold criteria, the percentage of FODMAPs found in each food, and the max serve.
- An exclusive, innovative and unique Recipe Maker feature that allows you to create you own FODMAP Friendly recipes and assist you with navigating FODMAP stacking.
- A list of FODMAP Friendly Certified Products with the ability to filter by country, brand and category. You can also view the max serving size for these certified foods.
- A collection of over 200 nutritious, low FODMAP recipes, including recipe eBooks.
- Low FODMAP Meal Plans to help guide you in your low FODMAP journey.
- A database of FODMAP trained Dietitians to find a Dietitian near you.
- A Restaurant Accreditation feature to allow restaurants to create low FODMAP recipes and use our FODMAP Friendly Accreditation Trademark logo on their menus and food premises.
