The Fun with R app offers an intensive program for children to practice articulation of the most difficult to produce sound-R. The R stimuli in this app are organized in a way that allows speech and language pathologists to choose either traditional or phonetically consistent approach to R remediation.
Fun with R app includes the following over 2000 audio recorded stimuli:
-R in the initial, medial and final positions of words at the word, phrase and sentence level
- R-blends in the initial position of words at the word, phrase and sentence level
- Vocalic R: air, ar, ear, er, ire, or in the initial, medial, final positions of words at the word, phrase and sentence level
- Additional rl in the final and medial positions of words at the word phrase and sentence level
In addition users are able to select specific words for each phoneme in the session, customize words and add their own photos and recordings.
Virtual Speech Center Inc. always includes some fun game or rewards in their apps and this time it includes 3 GAMES in the Fun with R app:

-Bingo Game
Fun with R is easy to navigate and allows users to employ several tools to perform the following:
-enter multiple students
-customize the word lists
-add your own photos and recordings
-change settings
-select multiple phonemes
-save selected phonemes for next sessions
-select auto-scoring
-enable or disable written picture descriptions
-enable or disable special effect sounds
-use audio recording feature
-track correct and incorrect responses
-view reports in table and graphical forms
-e-mail results at the end of the game
