We have introduced a new Pickup & Drop service to make device repair more convenient for our users. After raising a service ticket in the app, users can now choose the Pickup & Drop option. A rider will be assigned to collect the device directly from the user’s location and deliver it to our service hub for inspection and repair. Once the repair is completed, the device will be safely delivered back to the user’s location. This update is designed to provide a smoother and more hassle-free service experience

Implemented warranty claim functionality for tickets — users can now claim warranty when eligible. Added a feature that allows users to select a preferred time slot when raising a remote ticket. Introduced an advance payment system for spare parts — when a spare is added to a ticket, the corresponding advance amount is recorded automatically. Added a feature to display the estimated travel time for the field engineer to reach the client’s location.
