View your Grenlec electricity bills and monthly usage, report outages and receive service notifications.The Grenlec app gives customers easy and convenient access to current electricity bills and payment information for multiple accounts. Get a message when a new bill is ready and payment reminders to keep you connected. The app also shows energy usage over the last twelve months, by units (kWh) and dollar value.Report power outages as well as faults on street lights, lines and poles. The notification feature will send messages about power outages that may affect you and provide updated restoration information.Use the Profiles section to add multiple accounts for home, business, rented premises and other accounts for which you have permission. All the information needed to add an account can be found on the electricity bill.The mobile app helps you to stay in touch with what’s happening at Grenlec. Receive information about planned maintenance in your area that may affect your service, customer promotions, safety tips, how to manage your energy and more.
