Optimizations: Adapt the Water Level 4G Function (including TCP Settings, MQTT Settings, 4G General Settings, and Upload Mode Settings) to the new frontend framework code. Fix known issues.

Optimization: 1. Optimize the overall logic of the front-end framework to facilitate modifying the position of the menu. Adaptation has been made for level gauges, liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, differential pressure gauges, 80GA, and ultrasonic devices. 2. Optimize the logic for setting ultrasonic false echo learning: move the learning setting logic, simplify the interface and operation steps, and optimize the logic for setting false echo learning of level, liquid level, and liquid level 4G waves. 3. Optimize the unit of inlet and outlet speed: display the corresponding unit according to the set unit, i.e., unit/s. 4. Fix the issue where the interface does not update when the unit is switched to millimeters. 5. Fix the issue of unit display in the configuration file. Additions: 1.
