HeadPause is a practice tool for balance, stillness, steadiness, and ear calm. It reads head pitch, roll, and yaw from the motion sensors in your AirPods and turns every session into a small, honest score. No microphone. No HealthKit. No account. Nothing leaves your phone.

Still. Eyes-closed steadiness sessions with a soft soundscape. Sit, breathe, and let the app measure how much your head drifts inside a six-degree tolerance window. You leave with three numbers: calm score, held-steady percent, and peak drift.
Motion. A horizon-hold anchor for moving environments. A gentle box-breathing pacer plays in your AirPods while you keep your head level. Soft haptic nudges when you drift out of the tolerance window for too long. Built for cars, trains, planes, and walking.
Ring. Sound sessions for masking, focus tones, wind-down, and quiet-room support. Works with any headphones, EarPods included. A comfort tool for your ears, not a tinnitus treatment.
WHY AIRPODS
The motion sensors in AirPods, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max already track your head roughly ten times a second. HeadPause is the practice loop built around that signal. No new hardware, no extra pairing, no microphone access.

One permission: AirPods motion. That is it. No microphone, no HealthKit, no location. Head motion samples are read in memory, scored, and discarded. Only the derived summary is saved. No account, no sign-up, no ad tracking.
