The high performance dynamic wallpaper decoder and generator.
Make .heic format file from png or jpeg files. Decode each image encoded in HEIF and AVIF (AV1 Image File Format) file format and fast generate HEIF or AVIF file from input images, the metadata encoded in HEIF or AVIF file will be automatically stored in separate files, those meta info includes EXIF metadata and XMP metadata, such as appearance scheme (light or dark), GPS location and time settings. When generating dynamic wallpaper, the app provides an in-app calculator to calculate the sun position from user input location or use the system's location service if it is available.
Why HEIF?
The High Efficiency Image Format (HEIF) produces images with a smaller file size and higher image quality than JPEG standard, HEIF images should be half the size of a JPEG image file, but with the same or better picture quality, user can use this utility to convert common images to .heic format files to save disk space.
Batch Operations
a. Batch encoding all .jpg, .png and .jpeg image files to .heic file format in the selected folder.
b. Batch decoding all .heic and .avif files in the selected folder.
