Exercises are categorized in two groups, Stories & Sessions.

Sessions:
Using psychological exercise to question and influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
This is NOT about passively meditating and hoping for a stronger mind. This is about actionable steps to shape the state of your mind.
