Bug fixes and stability improvements

This update makes studying smoother and faster. Flashcards can now flip back and forth more reliably, and we improved performance when loading and practicing verses. Study search is also much smarter: exact phrase matches now rank above loose matches, searches like “thy law” find the verses you expect first, and you can search for question and exclamation verses using ? and !.
