The Hillsborough Forest Digital Sculpture Trail app is a mobile application that is part guided art trail, part step into a digital environment. Narrating a detailed description of internationally gathered artists, their inspiration and history. The Hillsborough Forest Digital Sculpture Trail App allows users to discover information based on questions, digital environment and the spoken word via state of the art multi lingual digital avatars found at each interactive point. The design is user-friendly and straightforward, functioning as a convenient pocket size guide to explore Hillsborough Forest Digital Sculpture Trail.
The App opens to an easily navigable menu. Here you will find details of the trail, and the points of interest among them, with ten sculptures that draw their inspiration from Hillsborough and the surrounding area, as well as a range of discounts available from participating eateries within Royal Hillsborough village.
This DEARA funded Hillsborough Forest Digital Sculpture Trail App includes interactive gaming technology, fun filters and rewards gathered from your journey throughout the forest. Use the app to explore all the locations at home or while on your travels, choosing your favourites and marking them off as you visit them.
