We’ve refreshed the Humanforce Work App with a brand new home screen, making it faster and easier to get things done. Enjoy one-tap clock in, quick access to key actions, and at-a-glance pay information right from the home screen. This release also includes improvements to leave cancellation workflows, plus multiple timesheet and general performance updates to keep things running smoothly.

Introducing Timesheet Pre-Authorisation for 2-step approval workflows. Supervisors can now pre-authorise timesheets before final manager authorisation. We’ve fixed some leave management issues including retaining source types when editing a leave request. Thank you for using Humanforce Work App!

We’ve made some performance updates to clocking, including better handling of geo-location and faster clock-in. We’ve also updated the next shift countdown display and improved error message handling during network timeouts. We’ve resolved timesheet editing issues including properties clearing unexpectedly and times now editable when authorisation permissions allow. We’ve made some chat improvements, including removing the beta label, improved search results, and profile image fixes. The feedback form now has had a refresh, and now includes updated instructions and a rating. For HR-Integrated customers, bank account editing disabled with redirect to Humanforce HR.
