Si lo que gastan en publicidad lo invirtieran en la atención al cliente, sus productos serían mucho mejor recibidos. Cambian muchos sus condiciones de compran y cada vez se alejan más de los servicios ofrecidos en un principio. Hoy quieren cobrar por todo.
