If you are a movie addict and your language is Persian or Arabic, you may have always problems using Persian (Farsi) or Arabic .srt subtitle files! they just not appear correctly! It’s because of the text encoding of the srt file. They have a not-common encoding, and it is not supported on 90% of video players.
With this tiny application, you can convert these subtitle files to UTF-8 format so they’ll be shown correctly on almost EVERY video player!
