I ordered an item but I had to reach the minimum spend plus pay delivery fee, it’s ok but they forget the item now I have to order again and pay again this fees, they don’t answer , they don’t HELP . They don’t care , this is nt the first time it happended, it happended quit often I hate this app it’s the worst! Download it if you want to lose money, and f you want to be ignore when you need help from them , they just happy when they take the payment from your bank card.BOLT and Bolt food both are the same!!

I had an awful experience with Bolt Food when ordering from a market. The driver marked my order as delivered without actually delivering it. He claimed he texted me, but when I checked the chat, there was no message from him.When support contacted me, I replied within two minutes and clarified that I was in Block A, but the driver couldn’t seem to figure it out—or didn’t bother to. Despite responding promptly, Bolt Food support claimed they could do nothing to help.To make matters worse, I was charged for the order, lost my money, and didn’t even receive my food. This is unacceptable service, and I won’t be using Bolt Food again unless they address this type of issue.
