Tinnitus sucks. Tonal Therapy helps reduce the symptoms of tinnitus through Acoustic Coordinated Reset Neuromodulation Therapy. HOW DOES IT WORK? Acoustic Coordinated Reset Neuromodulation (or ACRN) Therapy works by playing tones that dance around your tinnitus frequency. This pattern can help provide you with temporary relief of the ringing caused by tinnitus. 1) Find your frequency by using the slider while playing a tone. Use this to match to your tinnitus frequency. 2) Play the pattern and listen at a low volume. Listen for 5-10 minutes or up to a few hours. 3) Repeat this process daily (or whenever you have ringing symptoms) DOES IT WORK? ACRN Therapy has shown promising results when studied amongst a wide range of tinnitus patients. Some see significant relief, while others only minor. While we can't promise it will work for you, the feedback we have received has been promising. FOR BEST RESULTS * Put on headphones * Set the volume to a low, but audible level. * Listen for a few minutes (or up to a few hours) at a time. Repeat daily.
