The App will now show your upcoming service schedule and all of your upcoming services in timeline order, as well as a button to call back the company you are linked to, if applicable.

Improvements for technician mode to allow technicians to troubleshoot offline sensors and take more actions to quickly solve any issues for customers.

Introducing Technician Mode! If you are a technician installing sensors for your company, you no longer need to log out of the app. You can create accounts while logged in as yourself, set up sensors, Look up customers, set up sensors for them, and edit settings.

Improved the salt refill schedule feature to allow date-specific notifications. This gives users greater control and accuracy of when they'll be notified about low salt. Also made other bug and UI improvements.

Our largest app update yet. Introducing EZsalt AI. Our intelligent salt level analysis engine which identifies salt level patterns, predicts future refills, and prompts the user to confirm salt behaviors. Also included in this build is salt level history available right inside the app through the usage tab. With these updates, our sensor will be able to learn each users salt usage and intelligently predict the next time salt is needed.

Quick fix to connection issue error handling and overall app stability improvements

Users can now setup their refill schedule in the app. This will serve as both a guardrail to make sure the sensor alerts when salt refill is expected and creates the foundation for our AI pattern analysis which will be coming in July. We also fixed bugs related to setting up a sensor when a user already has a sensor linked to their account.

A fully updated interface which features night mode (highly requested) as well as a complete overhaul of the apps structure, allowing for more rapid development in the future.

The EZsalt App is now private label! For our salt delivery partners, your logo will now appear in the EZsalt app once a user has been linked to your company.

App translations are now available! With this app update, we will be able to rapidly deploy new languages for all of our international users. If you would like to request a language that is not yet in the app, please email us at support@ezsalt.com and we will be happy to add it.

Added an error pop up if the phone is not connected to the internet. Also update Logos in the app.

Added multiple stability improvements. Added a way for the user enter into the IP connection method in case the app is having trouble connecting to Wi-fi.

Added a new functionality which allows dealers to generate a secure 1 time use 6 digit login code that technicians can use to access their customers' account and help them set up their sensor.

Major update: We have reengineered the process of signing up and setting up sensors in the mobile app. This new process should be faster and more bullet proof.

Quick fix of a critical bug affecting the account creation flow.

Several bugs fixed. Google login has been improved, the app will now take the user to their ezsaltgo account to view salt history, some outdated error messages have been updated which pop up when the app cannot find a sensor, and several other fixes and updates.

Found a bug which sometimes made connecting to Wi-FI infinitely load. Added a timeout and retry.

Quick fix for address look up feature which had a small bug.

Fixed a bug which was incorrectly converting CM tank depth for international app users.

Users can now add a company ID when creating an account in order to be linked to a salt delivery provider.
