Improved location handling for automatic duty status events: automatic Driving events now prompt for an annotation when no location is available, and the vehicle device GPS fix is used when the phone has no current fix. Fixed the unidentified driving jurisdiction at US locations, and fixed a case where a late logout from another device could end an active session.
