HDR ISSUES

It works mostly great, but there are issues with HDR tonemapping, in both HDR and Dolby Vision, raised blacks, etc. Using it on an Apple TV 4K.

Thought it was an excellent alternative to Infuse, but….
Noname mc nickname!
While it looks and acts a lot like Infuse, but at a much more reasonable price it has become unusable. I have it installed on IPhone (15 pro), Apple TV and IPad (m2 pro). Media is on a Truenas server (local). I cannot reliably watch anything on any device. The picture freezes, then the audio is out of sync, it sometimes reverts back to the start of a previous episode halfway through the one I’m watching. The download speed often drops to 1/0kbs and never returns (ie just stops loading content). I have tried to troubleshoot the network connection, but it is consistent and reliable, it’s just the app that stops streaming/downloading. I’ve updated it, reinstalled it, tried a different device. I have now stopped using it and gone back to Infuse. I bought a lifetime subscription here and I can accept that it’s not quite as developed as Infuse but for me, unfortunately, it is unusable. Maybe I try it again in a year or so. I guess if you’re looking for a (much) cheaper alternative to infuse, then I cannot recommend it. It is worth noting that, it mostly worked well for several weeks, but I’m at my wits end trying to get it to work again !!!
