KZN offers you Home Service menus, customer reviews, and more for over 1000+ Home Services spread across Myanmar and Thailand cities.
KZN maintains a website and a mobile app that people can use to order Home Services from their Nearest Location or favorite Home Service Provider. People/User can search for Home Service Providers that to come to fix to their addresses using KZN’s website/app. After choosing the Service Provider, users can select their require Home Services which are then added to the transaction cart. Once the Home Services are finalized, people can check out their cart and pay via online payment gateways or through cash-on-after service.
Every Home Service Providers that partners with KZN gets access to a ‘KZN Service Provider App'. Once the order is confirmed, a notification goes to the Respective Home Service Provider. The Respective Home Service Provider confirms the order and prepares the customer’s Service order.
As soon as the order is confirmed by the Home Service Providers, a order signal' is sent to the respective Service Technician via KZN Service Provider App. The Technician who accepts the request (Order signal) is entrusted with the responsibility of Servicing the customer’s Order.
The Technician prepared the order and request to come to fix to the customer Home. Customers can track the entire process right from Service Order preparation to come to fix the service via KZN’s app/website. Asking the requirement before to come to fix is a well-known trend in the KZN Home Services.
